Suggested Itinerary
Day-1: Arrival at Ahemdabad and relax at hotel
Upon arrival at Ahemdabad Airport for Classical Tour of Gujarat, our representative will greet and transfer you to the vehicle to leave for hotel. Rest of the day is free for independent activities. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.
Day-2: Ahemdabad full day sightseeing
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for full day sightseeing in Ahemdabad wherein you will visit Sabarmati Ashram, which was built in the year 1915 and located at banks of the Sabarmati River. It was the house of Mahatma Gandhi till 1930 and was the inception point for famous Dandi March. Then you will visit AutoWorld Museum, which is one of the biggest and largest automobile collections in India. From motorcycles to vintage cars, the museum has more than 100 finest cars like Daimler, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. Also visit Kankaria Lake, which was constructed in 15th century by Sultan Kutubuddin. After this, you will visit Modhera Sun Temple that has three prime chambers namely Sabha Mandap, Surya Kund and Guda Mandap. It is well-known for its structural design and attracts large number of tourists every year. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-3: Ahemdabad - Dasada and sightseeing in Dasada
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for Dasada. On arrival, check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will visit Later on, you will go for wildlife safari in little Rann of Kutch to enjoy bird watching. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-4: Dasada - Kutch and sightseeing in Kutch
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Kutch. After reaching this place, check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will visit Rann of Kutchwhich is having large area of salt marshes. At the same time, it is the only large flooded grasslands region in the whole Indo-Malayan region of the planet. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.
Day-5: Kutch - Bhuj and sightseeing in Bhuj
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will drive towards Bhuj. After reaching this place, you will be transferred to the hotel for short relax. Later on, you will go sightseeing wherein you will visit Kutch Museum- this is the oldest museum in Bhuj. It has great collection of precious metalwork, sculpture, musical instruments, arms, paintings and embroidery. Then you will visit Shree Swaminarayan Temple, famous temple in this city. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-6: Bhuj - Mandavi and return to Bhuj
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for full day sightseeing in Mandvi. You will visit Vijay Villas Palace- a Royal abode set in the middle of well-laid gardens with marble fountains and water channels. Then you will visit Swaminarayan temple- a very beautiful and famous temple. Then you go to Mandvi beach to enjoy the rest of the day. Later in the evening you will drive back to Bhuj for overnight stay at the hotel.
Day-7: Bhuj- Jamnagar and sightseeing in Jamnagar
Have early morning at the hotel then you leave for Jamnagar. After reaching this place, you will be transferred to hotel for short relax. Later on, you will go for sightseeing wherein you will visit Ranmal Lake, Pratap Villas, Bala Hanuman and then return to hotel for relaxing overnight stay.
Day-8: Jamnagar - Porbander and sightseeing in Porbander
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for Porbandar. On arrival check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will visit Kirti Mandir, which was built in 1936 AD by Maharaja Sayaji Rao III and also called as the "temple of fame". It consists of a spinning hall, a children's nursery and a prayer hall. Also visit Krishna-Sudama Temple dedicated to the devotee and childhood friend of Lord Krishna, Sudama. This temple was constructed from 1902 to 1907. It also has a maze in its premises; it is a common belief here that crossing the maze helps in removing all the sins. After this you will visit Sri Hari Mandir, also referred as Sandipani Vidyaniketan which was built in 1992. The temple has deities of Shri Veda, Lord Ganesha, Lord Hanuman, Karunamayi Maa Goddess and various others. The deities are believed to be the incarnation of Pujya Bhaishri's faith. On completion of the sightseeing, return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-9: Porbandar - Somnath - Junagadh
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will drive towards Junagadh. En Route you will visit Somnath Mahadev Temple which was made 7 times and comprises of imposing architecture that include intricate carvings, silver doors, Nandi idol and a central shivalinga. After seeing this place, you will drive towards Junagadh and on arrival, check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-10: Junagadh sightseeing and travel to Palitana
After having breakfast at the hotel, then you will go for sightseeing in Junagadh wherein you will visit Sakkarbag Zoo, which is third oldest zoo in India. It is known to breed Gir lions and has a museum that shows rare collection of ancient coins, Persian Sanskrit inscriptions, art furniture and stuffed animals. Then visit Moti Baug is a garden inside the campus of the Agricultural University of Junagadh. Also visit Uperkot fort which was originally built in 319 BC. You will enter the fort through a large gate and after turning left visit the Jama Masjid. Then visit Mahabat Maqbara, which is a typical palace-mausoleum of late 19th Century and famous for its intricate architecture. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be drive towards Palitana. Check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-11: Palitana sightseeing and travel to Bhavnagar
Have your breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for sightseeing in Palitana to visit Shatrunjaya hill temple- one of the most sacred temples for Jain community having more than 3500 steps to climb. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be drive towards Bhavnagar. Check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-12: Bhavnagar sightseeing and travel to Gondal
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for sightseeing in Bhavnagar wherein you will visit Victoria Park, a forest that has varieties of Indian birds like perching, raptors and waders birds that attract nature admirers and bird watchers. Then visit Nilambag palace that highlights the blend of western and Indian architectural style. It was built in the year 1859 and now converted into a heritage hotel. This palace has an age-old library, marble staircase, central courtyard, pillared porticos and stepped arches. Also visit Gandhi Smriti that has a gallery displaying memorabilia rare pictures and books associated with the life of Mahatma Gandhi. It also has a library and Khadi Gramodyog Bhandar. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be drive towards Gondal. Check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-13: Gondal sightseeing and travel to Rajkot
Have your breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for sightseeing to visit riverside palace- built by Maharaja Bhagwat Sinhji in the year 1875 and has gardens along with lawns beside the Gondal river. Then you will visit Royal Garages- famous for an extensive collection of vintage and classic cars from 1910 to 1955. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be drive towards Rajkot. Check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-14: Rajkot sightseeing and Ahemdabad Departure
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will visit Race Course that include the Baal Bhavan, Fun World, and Children's Traffic Park. Then visit Mahatma Gandhi High School, which was established in the year 1853. It has high standards of educational system and constructed in Gothic Norman structure. Also visit Rotary Midtown Dolls Museum that gives an insight on traditions and culture of the world through dolls. You will also see Kaba Gandhi No Delo - residence of Mahatma Gandhi during early years of life and derives the name from the father name of Mahatma Gandhi. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be drive towards Ahemdabad. After reaching this place, you will be dropped at Ahemdabad airport to board your flight to Delhi and from there catch your international flight to home.
